Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes, many of our tours are family-friendly. We also have child seats available for our tours. Please specify the child's age at the time of booking.
Do you have multilingual guides?
Our guides are fluent in both Japanese and English at a native level. For other languages, please inquire in advance.
Cancellation Policy
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund. 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, due to all the prep required for each tour, cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour will not qualify for a refund.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Most of our tours operate rain or shine. In case of extreme weather conditions, we'll contact you regarding rescheduling or cancellations.
