Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering bespoke experiences. Contact our team to discuss your preferences, and we'll tailor a tour just for you.
How many people can join a single tour?
Our luxury SUVs can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably for a personalized experience. For larger groups, please contact us directly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund. 24 hours before the tour start time will receive 50% refund. Unfortunately, due to all the prep required for each tour, cancellations less than 24 hours will not qualify for a refund.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes, many of our tours are family-friendly. We also have child seats available for our tours. Please specify child's age at the time of booking.
Do you provide multilingual guides?
Our guides are fluent in both Japanese and English at a native level. For other languages, please inquire in advance.
Is transportation cost included in the tour price?
Yes, all tolls, parking, and gas costs are included in the tour price. There are no hidden fees.
How long do the tours typically last?
The tour duration varies. Depending on the tour, we offer different durations at different price points.
What should I wear or bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Depending on the tour, additional items might be suggested, which will be mentioned in your booking confirmation. While umbrellas can be provided for each member of the tour, please dress according to the weather.
Do we get time for shopping or dining during the tours?
Yes, our tours include leisure time for shopping and meals. Some tours even focus on shopping districts. If you're ever hungry during the tour, please let our guide know and they will do everything to accommodate for your party.
Are meals included in the tour price?
Meals are not included, allowing guests to choose their dining preferences. However, recommendations are always provided.
Can I extend the tour on the day?
Extensions might be possible based on the guide's availability. Please discuss directly with your guide or contact our office. Extension payments can be made via email through our payment gateway.
What if I have mobility issues?
Please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate and ensure your comfort throughout the tour.
Do you offer hotel pickups?
Yes, we pick up and drop off our tour participants from any hotels in any one of the Tokyo's 23 wards.
Are entrance fees to attractions covered?
Unless specified, entrance fees are not included in the tour price. For booking of tickets ahead of time, please contact our customer service after the booking.
How do I recognize my guide?
Your guide will be holding a sign with 'Elite Tokyo Tours' and will be at the specified meeting point mentioned in your booking confirmation.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Most of our tours operate rain or shine. In case of extreme weather conditions, we'll contact you regarding rescheduling or cancellations.
Can I leave a review after my tour?
Absolutely! We value feedback and encourage all our guests to leave reviews on our website and other platforms.
