Elite Tokyo Tours is a Tokyo-based private travel company operated by Alpha Engine GK. We design and deliver complete programs across cities, rather than a series of disconnected bookings.
One program, one company
Our team coordinates the route, hotels, trains, vehicles, guides, restaurant reservations, tickets and the requests that have to be settled before arrival. Every part is built against the same itinerary, the same party and the same set of priorities.
Without that structure, a traveler may be managing a designer, transport companies, local guides, hotels and concierges separately. We remain responsible for how those parts work together while the program is underway.
The scope is written down
A bespoke program is not an unlimited list of requests. The proposal states what Elite Tokyo Tours will manage, what is included and what remains outside the program. If responsibility stays with the client or a travel advisor, that is made clear before the itinerary is confirmed.

Why that background matters
After twenty-five years in the United States, I returned to Tokyo with an understanding of the expectations clients bring with them and the local context in which their program has to work. The value is not translation alone. It is knowing what a request means on both sides, where expectations may differ and what has to be resolved before it becomes the client's problem.
I remain directly involved in the programs we accept. That does not mean every trip depends on one person. It means the company is built around personal responsibility and a direct line between the people designing the journey and the people delivering it.
Limited by design, not by accident.
I personally accompany a limited number of programs each year. Those places are reserved for journeys whose complexity, continuity or occasion warrants that level of involvement.
Set before the trip begins
For every other program, our team designs the work, selects the right person for each day and remains responsible for the outcome. The proposal makes clear how the journey will be covered, including where I am personally present and where another selected professional leads the day. Clients know that structure before they commit.
Responsibility does not end when the itinerary is sent.
Every confirmed program receives a dedicated phone number and WhatsApp contact before travel begins. When plans change, clients use that line to reach the team responsible for the program.
One contact when plans change
A cancelled train can affect far more than one journey: the vehicle waiting at the next station, the afternoon guide, dinner reservations and the hotel arrival all move with it. The client sends one message to their dedicated WhatsApp line. We contact the suppliers, rebuild the affected timings and return with one coordinated plan. The client does not have to decide who to call or repeat the situation to five different people. The disruption may be unavoidable; being left to manage it is not.
Built around alternatives
The value of a managed program is the ability to rebuild a day without losing the shape of the journey around it. Vehicles, reservations and people are considered as one plan, so a change in one place can be handled without handing the client a new list of calls to make.

Elite Tokyo Tours combines in-house planning, guiding and driving capability with a carefully vetted network of regional guides, drivers and specialist operators.
Selected for the assignment
Every person is selected for the destination, the party, the pace and the work required—not simply because they are available. That model has allowed us to build and operate programs in more than 50 cities across Japan, including tours in Nagano and Hokkaido.
Planning remains centralized, each person works from the same program, and Elite Tokyo Tours remains responsible for how the parts fit together. The client keeps one accountable company even when a journey requires regional specialists across several cities.
Accountability after delivery
If a day does not meet the standard set in the proposal, Elite Tokyo Tours remains the point of contact. We review what happened, address it directly with the client and use that record when deciding who is assigned again. Responsibility is not passed to the person who happened to lead that day.
