Which service is right for me?

Choose a Bespoke Journey for a multi-day, multi-city program planned through an inquiry. Choose a bookable tour for one private day in or around Tokyo.

Can the day be customized?

Yes. A Bespoke Tour can be shaped around your interests, pace and practical needs. Layover, departure and day-trip options have more timing and routing constraints.

Does the founder lead every trip?

No. The founder accompanies a limited number of programs. Other days may be led by an in-house or vetted regional guide, with Elite Tokyo Tours coordinating the agreed plan.

Can you plan around dietary or mobility needs?

Tell us the details early. We will check what can realistically be supported and confirm it in your proposal or booking communication.

What is the cancellation policy?

Online day tours and multi-day journeys have different terms. Day-tour terms are presented during booking, while Bespoke Journey terms are supplied with the proposal. The terms of one service do not replace the terms of the other.

When will I receive a reply?

We normally reply by email within 24 hours. If we need to check something first, we will acknowledge your message and follow up.
