Most Bespoke Journeys run 6 to 16 days and cross several cities. Some are built around a celebration or a strict dietary requirement; others solve pace, mobility, mixed ages or complex logistics.
Planning begins with the dates, the people traveling and the shape the trip needs to take. We build the route, stays and daily rhythm together, then coordinate the trains, vehicles, guides, reservations, tickets and requests that have to be settled before arrival.
Every person involved works from the same program. Elite Tokyo Tours remains the point of contact from the first itinerary draft to the final day, so you do not have to manage separate transport companies, guides, hotels and restaurants across each city.

Elite Tokyo Tours combines in-house planning, guiding and driving capability with a carefully vetted network of regional guides, drivers and specialist operators. That model has supported programs in more than 50 destinations across Japan, including tours in Nagano and Hokkaido.
People are selected for the destination, the party, the pace and the work required. Performance feedback is tracked, and the people who continue to meet the standard are the people we book again. If a day falls short, Elite Tokyo Tours addresses it with the client and remains responsible for the journey as a whole.
Should you prefer the same familiar face from your first arrival to your final departure, one of our own guides can accompany you for the whole of your journey, in every region. We arrange this at the proposal stage for the programs that call for it, and quote it separately.

The founder personally accompanies a limited number of programs each year, reserved for journeys whose complexity, continuity or occasion warrants that level of involvement. Every proposal states in advance where he will be present and how the remaining days will be covered.
